Health Partners Southern Africa led a five year consultancy project for the Overseas Development Administration (ODA) on Zambia Hospital Management and Development.
This project supported the introduction of new semi-autonomous management systems in three of Zambia's central hospitals.
We also led the preparation of national guidelines for hospital management and oversaw the upgrading of hospital equipment.
