Strategic Planning for Ministry of Health, Malawi
In partnership with Ziken, Health Partners Southern Africa assisted the Ministry of Health (MoH) to develop a ten year strategic plan for health services in Malawi.
The project focused on:
- health financing
- human resource development
- decentralisation of hospital management
- an essential Primary Health Care (PHC) package.
